AFTON CHEMICAL MANUFACTURING FACILITY

PFIZER API FACILITY EXTENSION (TUAS 2)

Pfizer Tuas 2 is a 38,873-square-meter (429,000-square-foot) facility on 8.5 hectares, Veolia design, build, operate and maintain multi-process wastewater treatment plants at Pfizer Tuas 2.

ZPA led the design, manufacturing, Supply, FAT, Testing & Commissioning for the Main Switchboard (IEC 61439-1) fully withdrawable type enclosure with IAC Fault Containment (IEC 61641) and Distribution Boards and Local Control panels.

NORTH-SOUTH TRANSMISSION CABLE TUNNEL (NS2), (NS3)

NS2 Project forms the central contract of the North-South Transmission Cable Tunnel running from Mandai Shaft to Ang Mo Kio Shaft. The works in this Contract comprise the construction of a 5.35km tunnel with an internal diameter of 6m. Three circular shafts will be provided as part of the works, Mandai Shaft, Tagore Shaft and Ang Mo Kio Shaft. NS3 project extends from May Road, where the east-west section meets the north-south section part of Singapore.

ZPA provided design, manufactured, install and test 49 units of Tunnel Drives Panels (0.55KW to 132 KW) for NS2 and 71 units of Tunnel Drives Panels (0.55KW to 132 KW) for NS3.

MSC MESSINA

MSC Messina is a Liberian-flagged container ship. The ship is operated by Mediterranean Shipping Company which is the second largest container operator in the world. It was built in 1995.

Libera-flagged box ship MSC Messina suffered fire damage off the coast of Sri Lanka has arrived in Singapore for repairs, according to the country’s Maritime and Port Authority (MPA)The 4,743-TEU ship suffered a fire outbreak in the engine room on 25 June 2021 in the Bay of Bengal, while MSC Messinawas en-route from Colombo, Sri Lanka to Singapore.

The fire was put out and the vessel was towed to Singapore for repairs and cargo operations, arriving in Singapore last week (6 July) to discharge containers, and is now in an unnamed shipyard for repairs.

ZPA led the fast delivery to replace entire damaged power system in design, manufacturing, Supply, FAT, Testing & Commissioning for the Main Switchboard(IEC 61439-1), Group Starters Panels, Transformers, Busducts, Bow Thruster Panels, distribution panels. and Control panels.

PING YUN5000DWT OIL AND CHEMICAL TANKER

Singapore-based ASL Shipyard successfully delivered a product tanker designed by FKAB.Ping Yun is a 5500 M3/5000 DWT product oil and IMO 2 chemical tanker, with a total length 100mand 12 phenolic epoxy coated cargo tanks. Each cargo tank installed with an electric motor driven deep well pump.

The patent F-Bow hull form ensures good performance in waves and calm water. A bow thruster and a high-lift rudder, together with CPP propeller and integrated propeller boss/rudder bulb design, all makes the vessel with excellent manoeuvrability as well as propulsion efficiency. Frequency controlled shaft generator is installed to further reduce fuel consumption at sea.

ZPA provides design, manufacture, supply Main Switchboards, Emergency Switch boards, Distribution Boards, Transformers, Liquid VFD, Starter, Alarm Monitoring Systems, Consoles.
